Safety is our top priority

In our effort to create a safe environment, we ask for your cooperation.

We have implemented several measures to allow us to safely provide your treatment including:

• Wear a mask to your appointment.
• Come to your appointment alone, no guests please. If you require assistance please inform us.
• Arrive for your appointments at the scheduled time, not earlier.
• We will review the screening questions one more time on entry.
• Expect a non-contact temperature check on arrival.
• Use the hand sanitizer provided upon entry and before leaving.
• In the waiting room, maintain physical distancing.
• Follow the instructions of our staff.
• To help protect ourselves and our patients please inform us if you develop COVID-19 symptoms 14 days following your appointment.
